Domino's Pizza - Gardena

Ordered two pizzas for delivery when they arrived. Both pizzas were raw and torn up from the bottom. Bottom layer was pushed more to one side. When I called to complain the girl Said she would credit me for the pizzas. Then proceeded to tell me that she deleted the order and that she refunded me. She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing because I still have a $32 charge on my card.

Couldn't do anything on my birthday so I decided to get myself my favorite pizza. Thin crust. Their online software didn't display correctly that it was ready and their warmer machine didn't keep it warm so I had cold pizza on my birthday.Vegetarian options: It's pizza so you pick your toppings.

False advertising!!! No Customer Service!!Dominos claim that delivery w/in 30 minutes or Free is not true! I usually treat my service providers when they do a good job today was no different. When my mechanic said they had not yet had lunch I said no problem!But Delivery Service was over an hour. To top it off, when I called to follow up person was rude said just wait When it finally arrive hour later/ I placed follow up call and told to call back as manager not in. When I did call back spoke to Isaiah he said Bb no such offer. So poor guys who thought they would get additional pizza on the house was disappointed!!!

I was buying pizza for a party. And I was using the app. I didn't notice I had clicked pick up at later time instead of ASAP. I showed up and the pizzas were not ready. But I explained to the workers what happened and they changed the order and started on them right away. The pizzas were ready 12 minutes later. It gave me just enough time to make a stop the grocery store and come back. It timed out perfectly. Thanks for your help and great customer service.

Used to be pretty good, but something seems to have changed in the past few months. We order about once per month and our last three orders all had errors on the toppings and on the most recent one today, they cut the pizzas all weird (one had only six slices, a flat crust was hacked up all different angles) and overcooked them. All you get is a coupon or maybe a free pizza on your next order if you report the error. I'm done with this location for the foreseeable future.
