Other Place - Garden Plain

I need to tell you about a little hole-in-the -wall place we visited Saturday night. “The Other Place” is a small bar and grill in downtown Garden Plain, next to City Hall. Nothing fancy, but spotlessly clean and everyone was really friendly and accommodating. We had a burger and fries with a cold beer to go with them. The 1/2 lb burger was cooked perfectly and was topped with grilled onions and pickles. Mustard and catsup were available. The fries were hot, seasoned perfectly, and plentiful. Long story short....the food was darn good, the beer was cold, the small-town bar and grill was great, and I would recommend you stop there for some good eats and friendly atmosphere. We will be there again for sure!

Absolutely amazing everyone made me feel welcome instead of an outsider, plus the food is amazing !!!!

It's a terrific place to hangout with friends. A great gathering place in a great little town.
