We had a $50 gift card back then, we hardly ever go, (meaning we only went once and spent that card once) yet when the next time we went, we were told the card is empty . Clearly not, and then when recently, when we went to weigh the yogurt, the worker claims The weight machine is broken yet there are two. Immediately tells us to pay 7 dollars when it clearly should be 5-6 dollars. Yes that one dollar difference means something. Anything regarding human interactions was a low score, food itself is good.

This once enchanting realm where cold and creamy yogurt flowed, now seems to be serving a less than stellar variation that is disappointingly wet and mush like.The magic of Yogurtland was the crisp, cold bite of their offerings which could instantly take you on a sensory trip from hot summer days to the refreshing chills of winter wonderlands. The current offerings, however, seem more akin to a lukewarm spring day than the icy winter escape we used to cherish.Equally troubling is the pricing. One of the charming aspects of Yogurtland used to be its affordability. Everyone from budget conscious students to families looking for a wallet friendly treat could partake in the delight of customizable frozen yogurt sundaes. Regrettably, this is no longer the case. Prices have been jacked up, doubling in some cases, and it's hard to justify such an increase when the quality has taken a considerable nosedive.The deterioration doesn't stop at the yogurt or the pricing either. The overall environment of the establishment has suffered as well. Cleanliness, the unsung hero of any food establishment, seems to be on a lengthy vacation at this particular Yogurtland. The lack of attention to detail in maintaining the premises has added a grimy layer to the overall experience. It's a disheartening sight. The tables that once shone under the gleam of diligent care are now marred with unsightly smears. The dispensers that used to glint with cleanliness, now bear the telltale smudges of neglect. And don't even get me started on the spoons and topping containers.Yogurtland used to be a place where quality met affordability, where one could escape into the delicious world of self served frozen yogurt. It was a land where cleanliness was as much a part of the decor as the quirky yogurt machine designs and colorful wall art. Now, it appears to have become a place where standards have been lowered and prices raised, all to the detriment of what used to be a vibrant, quality driven yogurt utopia.This transformation is nothing short of tragic, especially for those of us who remember the golden days of Yogurtland. It is my hope that this critique serves as a call to action, a plea for the management to take note, roll up their sleeves, and restore this beloved spot to its former glory. It's never too late to turn things around. We miss the old Yogurtland its icy delights, its pocket friendly offerings, and its squeaky clean ambiance. Let's hope that we get that back someday soon.
