Contribuiți la feedbackI want a hot bowl of Pho. This was the case on this cold rainy day in Southern California. Although there is a bit of a car from Anaheim and there are about a hundred Pho shops between us we always find here. The broth to noodle and meat ratio is large. The broths tastefully. But I think what we all love most is the temperature of soup. It comes from HOT and even after adding all Veggies it is still hot. Until the last drop, it still has good heat. I know this is usually not what people notice when they eat pho, but my pet Peeve is cold broth at the end. I think it is important that we do our best to support this local mother and pop shops. And that's exactly that. Every time we come, it's the same mother and pop who care about us. Whether lunch or dinner, they are always there to take orders, supply food, clearing tables and cash registers.
I ordered 2 chicken PHIL . The waiter quickly served me with a delicious Pho. The price is only $7.00 compared to $9.00 among the others in this area. Pho 86 is also a clean place. I like it there. I'll come back to his famous chicken shop. I guess it's 5 stars.
My favorite chicken pho and rice place. It is a small mum-pops place that specializes in Pho Ga (fresh free series chicken pho). Normally, I don't order Pho Ga with dark meat bones and skin (you don't need bones and skin) with fresh rice noodles for additional costs, and one side of the insides gizzard, heart, liver. Your Com Ga is great here too. Fresh chicken with onion herbs, chicken rice, side soup with vegetables, and ginger meat sauce to dip chicken. If you are not a fresh chicken aka Ga Di Bo, be quite a lot of free range chicken. It is not your normal chicken you buy on the market, texture is different a bit of gum, lean and simply good.
That is the hands down my favorite pho place in .. the world. With the exception of cooked at home, I did not find any other place better. I recently began to eat their Pho-Ga (Hähnchen) over the Pho-Bo (Bef), just because the doctor told me I had to. But for a few years, both and their coma have eaten. I'm not Vietnamese, but that's not a problem because they understand English too.
Good Pho. But there was some sort of smell that made me and my mom feel uncomfortable and we had to change the table. Either ways, this is a good family Pho restaurant to go.
