Probably the most disgusting horrible El pollo loco in All of orange county. Had to call the police on them. They hire anyone off the streets . Employees will try to fight you if you ask for the restroom code. Management does nothing about their staff. Got flicked off one of their workers chased me outside while both my hands were full with food screaming You wanna get F-ed Throw the first punch Then once i got in my car JOSHUA CARILLO Their 30+ tattooed wannabe meathead punk line chef not head chef basically a bus boy put his hand on my car opened it up to try to intimidate me Real Nice staff at el pollo loco you guys are so good at training your staff. if you want to fight Join the Marines till then go into the kitchen and cut up some chicken you work at El pollo loco you 're not impressing anybody. Im taking them to court and serving papers . when confronted with the truth managers cover up their inept employees and give them informational dvds to study. Instead of firing them and hiring better staff. You 're giving a mad man a butchers knifes to chase around customers. No matter how many dumb tattoo sleeves you will always be a lowly el pollo loco worker. At the worst El pollo loco in the world have fun making ends meet with a 1.2 star rating.

It was wonderful and quite fast to eat Plenty and not expensive

I just ordered my chicken avocado burrito sandwich that I love from this place at 12909 Harbor blvd, Garden Grove. It was fantastic: . Thanks for having enjoyed every bite. That was the first time I ordered here. I don't know about other items in the menu, but they're probably also good.

If you want terrible service and dry old chicken, then this is the place for you! The place is occupied with high school children who prefer to have personal conversations rather than take care of their customers. The chicken tasted like it wasn't fresh and sat all day. Overall a terrible experience! El Pollo, you just lost a customer. But I'm sure you don't care.
