Burger King - Garden Grove

Faiz, the Manager, was awesome! He greeted us with a smile, was patient with us as we tried to figure out all that we wanted and even made us a new Whopper after I clumsily dropped the bag as soon as we got out to the parking lot. Now, that's customer service! The food itself was very tasty. Perfect charred taste complimenting all the ingredients of our Whoppers. As for the restaurant itself, quite clean tidy. We will definitely be back to this particular Burger King! Come check it out ask for Faiz.

The menu board is flashing, they don't have carbonated beverages, and when I ordered 2 onion rings they didn't ask what size I wanted. They also charge extra for a sauce. It is pretty run down looking. Not the best.

This location is in a great area. The Burger King is huge. They have restrooms and they are clean. The staff is nice and they serve the food quickly. Plenty of free parking.Parking: Plenty of parking at this location.Kid-friendliness: They have the little Burger King crowns for the kids and they have kid meals.

It could be better, I believe.
