If you’re going to use Bree’s for wild game processing, ensure you double check the instructions for the cuts you’re requesting. I asked for my wild boar hind quarters to be cut into steaks and they simply cut them into halves and marked them as “roasts.” Nowhere in my instructions to the man who accepted my boar did I mention the word “roasts.” They didn’t offer to correct the problem or offer any other remedy. The packaging looks good from the outside and each package appears to be properly marked. Pretty disappointing.
I've never been to a butcher shop before so this is my first shop!But this is my second time coming back to this butchery and I've not been disappointed with there meat quality. First time I've came here was for steaks for my father and my girlfriends father for a Father's day gift. It was 2 rib eye steaks with the option to season or not to season it. Overall they were pleased with how good it was!Today I've bought New York steak and 6 of there Hawaiian marinated chicken can't wait to cook it for 4th of July!

If all you're looking for is a basic sandwich with good quality meat and cheese, these are literally the best sandwiches in the OC (fight me), and the price/value can't be beat. Also the only sandwich shop I've been to that offers a selection of niche cheeses like Havarti or Muenster.
