Melt's Wing Shop - Garden City

The tenders were great! Not too salty with the perfect crunch!!

Food took 50 minutes. 4 people just talking behind the counter while 1 person casually was making my food. It was not busy at all! Extremely rude staff. Staff called me a "righteous b when I asked for my food. Whole crew should be fired. When my food came, they threw the bag at me, and it almost spilled all over my shorts. I 'm unbelievably upset, and feel as though I should reach out to corporate. I contemplated calling the police. Unbelievable

This was my first time every trying the melt-shop and the worker named Michell, she was super polite and professional, she helped me picked the best option that she think I would enjoy. She didn't rush me and let me decided what I wanted and I ended getting up getting the saucey tenders with loaded fries, I think that's what it's called don't recall the name but omg it was delicious and definitely recommend, won't be the last time Michell will be seeing me!!

Unfortunately I'm gonna have to say this deserved 0 Stars.I was really sexy to try this place but what a complete let down. Half of my order was wrong, items were missing from my order and wow is it all overpriced !!! I paid $15 for a burger melt that was as flat as a McDonald's burger and then I had to pay another $5 just for some fries and what a small amount it was. Not a single thing we ordered was worth the price. The packaging was awful horrible by the time the order arrived the part boxes were soggy and wriping it was a mess.

Ordered from the kids menu lol, just a loaded snack after some shopping. Got the grilled cheese and tater tots which came with the juice. Ate it at the tables outside. Nothing to complain about, I liked it.
