It was melting but was still amazing. I love their dipped cones their, their so good!

Ordered a banana split blizzard, not sure what it was I received, but it wasn’t a banana split blizzard. Had bananas and nuts, but no chocolate or strawberries. Very disappointed in this DQ, this isn’t my first experience with a messed up order. I didn’t have time to go back to have them fix it, so in the trash it went. I’m just going to have to learn to quit going!! Positive note the staff was friendly!

I didn't have a good service there the lady who was a cashier when I place a order she wasn't very friendly at all and this was my first time been there so I don't know if I want to go there next time service needs to improve more

I ordered an Oreo blizzard just tonight 6/18/2022. I ordered this specific 1 because it has NO NUTS in it which I am DEATHLY ALLERGIC to..so when I get home I have to make my husband to check it..and see ts a Snickers blizzard..I tried calling and of course no answer..I tried emailing and that won't go thru..so last resort. I WANT THE OWNER TO CALL ME BY TOMORROW 6/19/2022 by 5pm or I'm taking action…they could have killed me y'all..

Was not impressed. We sat and wait for someone to take our order and no one came take it. We drove up to the window and all the employees were sitting in their phones. When finally got our order taken at the window the employee rolled her eyes at us and was rude to us. The ice cream was good though.
