Arby's - Garden City

I couldn apos;t believe there was no roast beef sandwiches on the menu except for the slider they were not very satisfying). There was no selection on the drinks of any kind except for water milk.

First time I ordered quick food and it was all there and everything was right. Would have been nice to get a few extra sauce packets.

Everything arrived on time, although the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookie was broken and crumbled, and the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich was dry with very little sauce. Aside from that, everything else was good!

For instance, I ordered a Beef and Cheddar sandwich that arrived flat and without the extra sauce I requested. I also ordered an extra cup of cheese, which was missing. There were no mozzarella sticks, no ranch, and no jalapeño bites—none of it was included. The only thing they got right was the Cherry turnover, which I just found out is actually apple. My soda was supposed to be Dr. Pepper, but they gave me Diet Dr. Pepper instead, which I don’t like at all; I would never order diet. All I want is to receive my order correctly, just once. I want to enjoy the food I actually choose, rather than whatever they decide to hand me. It’s incredibly frustrating, and to top it off, the food was cold. It was especially disappointing because I was really hungry, and all I ended up with was a flat, lukewarm Beef and Cheddar without the extra sauce. The rest of my order was completely missing.

My sandwich was inedible; it was just a pile of fat. Disgusting! I'm still hungry.
