We made reservations a week in advance which were confirmed by the staff. We came from more than away spefically to eat here and when we arrived and asked about our table they said that they forgot about it and to wait. minutes...later nobody came to try and fix their mistake, hence we left and nobody cared. Every time we visit it is a great experience! Food, atmosphere, drinks and much more, I warmly recommend from Spring to Winter!
