Rothis - Gampel

We had a great time, thank you very much! We will be safe again!!!! The food we ordered was excellent. We ordered a 400gr beef ribeye cooked in the grill, ribs, chicken wings, hot potato and salad, all these dishes were so delicious and perfectly cooked. Prices are fair for the quality of food.

We stopped ther coming back from Italy. Waiter was very friendly and there is a place for the kids to play. The food was good but not exceptional and the price is pretty high. Would be better if they were slightly cheaper. Decoration is nice. But dont go ther for a first date for example. It is ok for families with small kids.

We found this place on our way to Zermatt. It looks like something you would find in an old time amusement park. There are bldgs that say gold mine, Doc etc. Like a town out of the old west. The decor in the restaurnant was equally as strange. We were ignored by the hostess but finally seated by another woman. Our burgers were not great but not really good either. They were preparing for a wedding and it was something to see. A table set up with flowers and chairs covered in white fabric with bows tied around them. All of this next to a pool table and some kind of vending machine. I wish we could have caught a glimpse of the bridal party but we had to be on our way and they had not arrived yet. It was an experience to say the least.

What a horrible food! We had 1 Babyback-Ribs, a Cheese Burger and Chicken Nuggets. The best was the Chicken Nuggets and the Fries! The ribs cost 31 CHF but there is only bone and maybe 10 to 20 gram meat per bone! That 's it! The sauce I ordert was spicy, but they did forget it, anyway after eating 3 bones out of 14 to 16 i stopped as one without souce make mi want to Vomitt the meet seems to be frozen and then cooked. Very, very Bad taste! The Cheesburger was served with Sandwich Cheese!!!! A thin 1 CM chees piece with no taste, the meat was also not tasting good and the bread was just burned on the bottom! The Backes potatos, well they where backed, backed to much and then kind of frozen and recooked, they where chewing, horrible. Our son had the chicken nuggets, he eat them all, so they where averege to good. Fries where served also good. The rest, do not, never go here to eat! You will be disapointet! The waitresses just bring the food and they will no show up untill you ask them to come. Don 't go there

Waren vor 2 Tagen bei Rothis. Das ganze Restaurant hat bei uns keinen wirklich guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Fettige Tische und Speisekarten, eine überforderte Bedienung trotz wenigen Gästen und die Speisen sind bestenfalls unterer Durchschnitt. Das Preisniveau ist eher hoch. Wir werden sicher nicht mehr zu Rothis gehen.
