Papa Johns Pizza - Gambrills

I was extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Papa John's. We requested extra cheese for our pizza, but despite paying nearly $4.00 extra per topping, it seemed as though they didn't actually add any. The pizza and breadsticks looked sloppy and hastily made, and the taste left much to be desired. This was a letdown for us, especially considering our positive experiences with Papa John's in the past. It was even more disappointing given that we had family visiting from out of state and were hoping for a quality meal despite the higher price.

The promotion is only valid for a day or two. Not very pleasant.

This is my FIRST review ever in life. I LOVE papa johns and pizza in general. But this place CONSISTENTLY makes horrible pies that shouldn't be served to anyone. The amount of cheese put on my pizza is simply disrespectful. I placed MULTIPLE orders and, well, the pictures speak for themselves. The cheese never makes it to the crust for some reason and there is cheese missing in several places in the middle most of the time. It's frustrating because this place is making me dislike papa johns but I know it's the location. I am surely not the only person experiences this, and unsure why someone hasn't been fired unless the owner is instructing this horrible behavior. Either way.. just close down if you aren't going to provide good service so a different store can deliver to me. I shouldn't have to drive to a different location to avoid this locations deliver. Yes... im frustrated, hence this being my first written review in life. Two thumbs down

Surprised that I don't see 5 star all the way down. I order from this papa John's location all the time and the pizza is Always hot and good and exactly what I ordered. Can't remember any problems and it's been a long time at this same store. All the delivery drivers are really cool and friendly too ! Thank you to everyone at this Location!

Small store, good for pick up. Not a place to sit and eat. Service is nice and efficient.
