I received part of my meal upfront, but was told the fries would take longer and be brought out later. I finished my food after about 15 minutes, then waited another 15 minutes and ultimately decided to leave when it became clear that my fries weren't coming. I noticed multiple people who sat down after me were receiving their orders with fries. While the garlic bread was good, my chicken was overcooked. The server was clearly overwhelmed; she was the only one working and I saw her raise her voice at the kitchen staff more than once due to the delays. Overall, my experience was neither enjoyable nor satisfactory. I was disappointed, especially since I usually like the Nando's franchise, but this particular location did not impress me. I ordered my usual chicken breast pita today and was very disappointed. The chicken was thighs, not breast meat. It wasn’t cut. Hands down to the manager in charge today, correct me if wrong but his name is Colin, my girlfriend and I got 3 whole chickens to go, he went about and beyond to make us feel comfortable about our order.
