Mcdonald's - Galveston

Absolutely awful. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns. I waited 15 minutes for the ride before I had to ask the employees to check on my food. They handed me a bag with the wrong order. I then went to the lobby and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food, and that was only because I spoke to the manager. Other guests in the lobby were also waiting for their meals for at least 30 minutes, and several customers who arrived in their cars experienced similar issues with incorrect orders. Everyone had to wait between 30 to 45 minutes, only to receive the wrong items.

Casual dining experience with excellent parking options. Enjoy tables that offer beautiful views of the bay.

It’s frustrating to follow instructions, especially when they’re not executed properly. My order didn’t mention ketchup, but it arrived with it, and I have no time to fix it during my 30-minute break. Thanks for ruining my little lunch.

Went a couple days ago and the service was terrible. The staff did not know what they were doing and neither did the manager. It took them over 20 minutes to get us our food and even then they messed up our order.Food: 3/5
