Mario's Pizza - Galveston

Great pizza. Delivered to us quickly and always nice. Ordered twice while in town. Dietary restrictions: I'm GF/DF and they accommodated perfectly.

We stopped for the convenience store next door, but the the sign above Mario's had me sold on their place! They offered a rare, authentic Pizza Margherita and it was delicious! Comparable to pizza from Italy! Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free pizza crust was amazing!

Ordered online. Said it would take 60 minutes. I showed up in 50 minutes and was handed a lukewarm pizza that had clearly been sitting for a while. Quality was below average, but maybe that's because I had to reheat it in my oven. I won't be back.

I ordered to go. The sauce was not packed correctly in the bag. When I picked the bag up, the sauce, which was very hot, fell out on my foot and burned it. I screamed because it hurt and complained; however, the response I received was “we have been very busy today “ and no responsibility for doing things right. If I was a jerk, I would sue and win. This place provides no true commitment to customers.

The worst! Ordered from hotel, whoever took the call was extremely rude. Still went ahead and ordered, since we heard the pizza was worth the price. Delivery person also extremely rude. Banged on the door, didn’t allow time to get to door before started ringing doorbell nonstop. The pizza was NOT worth the price. Tasted like a frozen pizza you could have bought from the dollar general for a lot less.
