Subway - Galt

What a waste of time. Should never stop here. Bad customer service. Cold sandwich when I asked for toasted.

A couple days ago I went in during quite a busy time and found there was only one girl, who looked underage, working by herself. She looked very stressed. I later found out through a friend, the girl who made the sandwiches was pretty sick and still told to go in to work. This is disgusting to think the staff there work under these conditions.

Always great place to eat for fair prices and great services.

We went to grab a couple sandwiches today and had the most unfavorable experience. We walked in and there was nobody available to assist us. That happens so we waited a few minutes for someone to come to the counter. After a few minutes we decided to ring the bell that was there; however, the bell was broken. So we verbally asked if any one was there no answer. Five minutes passed and finally, an employee came to the counter. She didn't say hello remained unfriendly through the entire visit. The bread was day old and we had to keep repeating our order. So weird. Definitely not going back to this particular Subway. Recommend going to the other Subway veggies are fresher, bread is fresher and customer service is apparent.
