Burger King - Galt

The staff are a bunch of zoomers -_____- Avoid the drive-thru they will make you wait 10 minutes before they even start to take your order. Who?s the manager????

Sat in drive through. 5mins no answer so pulled forward and got stuck between two cars. Waiting 15mins for the car in front to get their food! Never again

I entered the restaurant and found the manager loudly talking on the phone. No one acknowledged my presence. I ordered a burger and was charged extra for mayonnaise, even though I requested it to be removed from two items. I also observed ants on the counter and in the bathroom.

I ordered an original chicken sandwich, but it arrived cold and broken in two pieces. However, the young man who helped me was fantastic! The atmosphere was quite intimidating - when I went through the drive-thru window, it was so dark with no lights outside that I actually mentioned to the young man that it didn't feel safe. He mentioned that others had complained about the same issue.

I used to come to this restaurant often, but it's not as good as it used to be. There is only one door open for entering and exiting, the emergency exit is locked, and the play area has been closed for repairs for about 5 months. On a Friday during lunch rush, we waited about 10 minutes to receive our food from the 3 employees working.
