Wisepies - Gallup

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and as someone who was initially unsure of what to expect, I ended up having a wonderful experience. I made my own pizza, which turned out to be delicious. The restaurant is beautiful, located in Gallup. The staff were attentive, polite, and very professional.

This restaurant was amazing! As someone with Celiac disease, I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I was very impressed! The gluten-free dough was delicious, and my overall experience was fantastic. The staff was great! I only wish there was one closer to me! Well done!

We ordered individual personal pizzas: my wife chose a three-cheese pesto pizza paired with a glass of wine, while I opted for a several-meat cheese pizza. Our granddaughter had a pepperoni and cheese pizza. All the pizzas were excellent and more than enough to satisfy our appetites. The highlight of the evening was meeting the owner, who was gracious, friendly, and very attentive to our questions about her business and the Gallup area. We promised her that if we returned, we would try different pizzas. We also mentioned that if we lived closer, we would definitely be regular customers. Overall, it was a great experience with delicious food and wonderful staff!

I stopped here while I went through for work. it is like a subway for pizza. choose their crust, sauce, meat, vegetables, etc. the prices are reasonable and comparable to almost food, but better. ideal for tourists, lkw, traveling or local. our pizzas were so good that we swallowed them before we could make pictures. yum!

Never heard of Wise Pies, not from the area but boy did we choose a great place to eat! Build your own pizzas! I got mine with pesto sauce and veggies, pepperoni! Mmm! Awesome! Friendly service too!
