WORST place ever!! No customer service very rude. Food salty, cold greasy. Waited for 40 mins. Sonic wasted my time. Don't waste you time coming here. They don't deserve a star

The 1? is for the carhop. We were placing our order, and we 're asked any thing else! , we repeat our order she says rudely, I already got that! We explain its not on the screen, and we continue to order, meal orders, and the intercom is quiet... We 're saying hello? Hello? And out comes the carhop with only our drinks. I explain to her we were still ordering, she says she 's sorry but you have to push the button and order again and that 's just the way The Managers

I got an ultimate meat and cheese. Horrible horrible all the meat in there was hard as a rock and the customer service was horrible! Hate that employees think it?s okay to send food out like this and be rude on top of it. I am a GM so yes I know how it is but I can promise you they wouldn?t be working for me:

An order of fries wasn?t added and and onion rings were burnt. They told me they couldn?t give me another order of fries and they took the onion rings to make sure I wasn?t lying (I guess). Second onion rings, burnt again! Service sucked and people had been driving off due to long wait.
