Waikiki - GALLIPOLI

We ate here the first night of our holiday and ate here a further 4 times aw we enjoyed it so much. The restaurant is unspoilt and has an excellent atmosphere. The food is amazing, absolutely delicious......we chose something different from the menu each night (5) we visited (Starter and main course) and house wine at 12€ a litre was excellent. The staff were very professional, very welcoming and very friendly. A huge thank you from The Rolling Stones X

From the outside at the front this restaurant looks very average indeed. The main dining area is in a courtyard round the back and it is wonderful. An excellent menu with plenty of seafood and a variety of pasta dishes. The service is friendly and efficient, the house wine was really great value, the range of wines was limited but not an issue as the quality was high. We were staying in a a neighbouring hotel but ate in Waikiki most nights as it was so good. The restaurant is virtually on the beach although no sea view as there are some trees behind the restaurant. Can't really think of anything to improve this place

This is one of the very few (if not the only one) restaurants by the sea in this area. We read different reviews so decided to give it a go. I took a pesce spada alla gallipolese and it was so plain and tasteless. Same for the baccalà. Service was very slow even if they were not busy at all, bread was not fresh and we ended up paying too much for what we had. Next time I will rather bring some food from home.

The starter was expensive and got any taste. It was definitely not fresh and certainly frozen The pasta I had after had a taste of vomit ! Impossible to eat. It was just a shame. Please if you can avoid this place, it will be the best decision you could made !

Went there one-night by accident. We were not even sure if the place was open or not and we were happy to find there a couple of very nice guys. Had some great seafood pasta with pistachios, super tasty calamari grilled, a sea food salad, whole bucket of clams and some frito misto. Everything was delicious. I have no idea why on Earth we went for the house white wine instead of bottled wine. Truth is my head was hurting the next morning.
