Subway - Galliano

Great experience at this Subway location! The staff was friendly and competent. I was particularly impressed by the woman working at the register, despite her physical challenges, she did an excellent job. I commend the restaurant for their inclusive hiring practices. A+ for this Subway!

Subways is consistently good with the same menu options. It's a great choice for a meal once every two weeks or once a month.

It seems that during the busy lunch hours, my orders may have been mixed up with someone else's, as I received a protein bowl with tomatoes when I did not request them. I always add bacon to my bowl and am charged for it, but I never receive it. Despite my initial inclination to give this store a 1-star rating, I am giving it two stars because they do make an effort to rectify their mistakes, although they occur frequently. While I do not like leaving negative reviews, I feel it is necessary to address the repeated errors in my orders. I am generally understanding of one or two mistakes, as being a sandwich artist is a challenging job, but consistently making the same errors indicates a larger issue that needs to be addressed. It is disappointing that this pattern of mistakes has not been resolved. I have placed numerous orders with this store, but I will not be doing so in the future. I hope that this feedback is taken constructively and that improvements are made. Best regards.

Great place for a quick, midnight snack the employees were very nice and helpful it’s always “service with a smile”

Danielle Guidry was the best Subway server I have ever encountered. She should be managing the restaurant to set an example for all other servers on how to provide excellent service.
