Top Hog Bbq - Gallatin

Been a few years, but it's even better than ever. Arriving on Saturday at 2:00 a.m. and people just stopped knocking. Ribs, deviled eggs, onion rings, hoecakes and no space for desert. Well, that I'm not close, I'd be here every week. My partner had the BBQ plate and rated it with 10. I have published a picture of my bone pile as my proof of how good it is. Have fun.

I finally made it to Top Hog to try out this food that everyone is brewing in America! I must say I wasn't disappointed! The pages were simply delish and had the best taste! We had to wait and there is not much space to spread out. We felt a little hurry because how many people stood on each other, waited to sit or go orders. Since this is said, there is a REASON why people are piled up everywhere... food is worth it. Great service with smiles and their grill will melt in the mouth!

We visit this place from time to time and the food we order is always consistent. I usually order the catfish and it is always fresh and tasteful. Probably one of the best places for catfish, surprisingly enough is a bbq joint. My girls order the bbq baked potato if they like it with me and they seem to like it. My things are the bbq in my opinion is not really a true smoked bbq taste. It reminds you of the chainplace on the street if you know who I mean. They have a good selection of sides and their desserts are great to help with this sweet tooth desire. The restaurant fills up quickly, but usually don't wait too long as people don't camp at their table. Cash or check is only accepted here.

Fantastic BBQ joint. Fish was some of the best I ever had, BBQ was also wonderful. Only what I wasn't interested were the baked beans, but most love them! You don't take a card! The staff was very friendly.

Our waitress Rhonda was a gem. The food was very good. It was an extremely long wait this particular day. We had time not too big of a deal. Understaffed was their issue. The sides were a lot smaller than I ever expected. All in all it wasn't horrible. But I'd still recommend it to others.
