Little Caesars Pizza - Gallatin

I wish there were negative stars that I sat over 20 minutes ago waiting for them to open and turn on the open sign. I never knew they were open until I saw a customer appearing and entering. When I went to the boys, it was rude that I never looked like why you were here. he was on the phone. If that was my business and I had a worker, they would be gone. I was shocked how rude the staff was. No one smiled. I wasn't very happy with any of them.

This is the worst Little Caesar’s pizza place I’ve ever been to. I tried calling for over a hour to place my order and no one answered the phone. I went to the store in person to place order and still has to wait to even try to place my order. One person in front of me and it took the employees over 15 min to even come to the front. Them when it was my turn they told me that it would be over a HOUR wait for my pizza… Nothing ready people standing around talking and not to mention the store was a dirty dirty store. I just walked out and won’t ever go back.

I went in for a ready made pizza and ordered instead a large Supreme. The wait was only 20 minutes and saved time over a frozen pizza at the market. This LCP earns a 5 on readiness and quality and professionalism.

I gave them one star, because they didn't answer their phone. I tried a couple of times in 2 1/2. Hours. I do like their pizza. If they don't answer, they can't take my order. I don't use apps. to order anymore.J. L.

Everytime I get pizza here it looks like a toddler cut the pizza's.Today was far the worst my crazy bread was flat and hard. My pizza was crazyily cut with super large slices to some small that none looked like a slice of pizza. I got this for my 3 kids after swimming. I was able to some what fix the pizza so my kids could actually hold it and eat but my crazy bread was just thrown away. I tried calling the store 4 times to get no answer! I also waited 10 mins to get food that looked horrible. What happened to them showing you your pizza before you leave with it? Not at this location. They want you to drive all the way home and open your food and be disappointed. I will be going to papa johns from now on. Such a waste going there to get a quick pizza turned into 10 mins waiting and horrible food. Please do better people. If you dont like your job find something you will enjoy and give good service because this is plain ridiculous how the pizzas are cut everytime i go there.
