China Buffet - Gallatin

As someone who grew up around Boston's Chinatown, I have a high expectation of what Chinese American food should be. China Buffet was a nice surprise! The food was freshly hot and very well seasoned. A really good selection and variety of food... Staff were all friendly and the restaurant was clean.

The food was good. It was busy. The workers' bee was in good time with refills.

I've eaten here for years. I've always found the food well and the buffet fresh and full. They never let you out of a drink, very friendly staff.

It wasn't here in a while. First I will say our service was excellent. The food was very good on a buffet style. There are many Chinese buffets that let the food love you a day, but not these. It's on top.
