Captain D's - Gallatin

Overall, my experience was positive, especially since it was Senior Sunday. I inquired about the well-made fries with a light sprinkle of salt, but unfortunately, the fries were not prepared as requested and were overwhelmed with salt. However, the spicy fish was fantastic, and I will definitely order it again!

The food is delightful, with everything cooked to perfection. The restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They always deliver your meals with a warm smile and a grateful "thank you."

The food was excellent, but customer service was missing something. When I say it was lacking kindness. There was no smile and joy. It was almost as if nobody was happy to be there to serve the customers. But otherwise the food is great.

The line was excessively long, but the customer service was excellent. The woman at the window was friendly and incredibly nice. The food was served hot and fresh, including the fish and hush puppies, which were my favorites from this visit. Moreover, my portion was so generous that I was able to share it for lunch the following day.

Food was good however, the young black girl that took our our order wasn’t very friendly we had difficulty understanding her when we told her she apologized but said she didn’t feel well. Made me question if she was that sick if she should have even have been working around food.
