Came between 5:30pm and 6pm 12/12/2023 through the drive through and used a coupon for 2 whopper meals. One of the whoppers was with cheese only Mayo as my wife won’t eat it any other way. Upon getting home we found the sandwich was marked for cheese only mayo but it was made normal. Trying to spare a trip back out so my food wouldn’t get cold. I tried to call to report the error. The number on Google hasn’t worked for months and I had to drive back to the location to have the sandwich replaced. I figured since I had to drive back that it would be fair that I get to have the incorrect sandwich for my troubles and I relayed this to the manager. The manager took my receipt, said she wouldn’t allow that and through the sandwich in the trash while looking at me. I get that there is procedure but there is also correct procedure to make my food how I order it and have a method to contact the store in the case my order is incorrect which has happened multiple times at this location. Most of the employees are usually pleasant, I understand mistakes happen but this particular manager has no place in customer service. Sometimes that aspect escapes people over time.
The guy working the window at around 830pm dec 1 has excellent customer service skills. Food was hot, fries fresh, coke cold. What more you need.
Always respectful cheerful and amazing people each and every
Ordered through the app. Go to pick up... I have a mobile order , she simply says pull up. Doesn 't ask my name, nothing. I pull up to the window and she says, we don 't have large cups so I have to give you meduim, without offering a price adjustment or even a smile. Young dark haired girl working the window 3/6 4:30 pm. I get my food and move forward to see I got fries instead of onion rings, ok, no biggie ish happens. I pull back around and a different young lady is there, dirty blonde, glasses, and greets me with a what 's up bud? I loved it, that 's how you treat people. I tell her whats up and she totally apologizes and owns up to it stating, oh, my fault, ill take responsibility for it to her manager I guess. What a wonderful person. More of her in the world. The 1st person needs to learn from this one.I hate not giving this more stars but employee engagement is just as important as the food.
