The exterior may be unassuming, but inside, this Japanese sushi and hibachi restaurant truly captures the authentic experience you expect. I visited this restaurant a couple of months ago for my friend's birthday party. We were waiting for another member of our group, and when we informed the waiter, he insisted we place our order right away. He didn't seem to understand our situation and kept bothering us every few minutes. I ordered a sake, which I was charged for, but never received. Additionally, there were several children running around, which was disruptive, and they even locked the women's restroom at one point. The food was decent but overpriced. I would recommend going to Fiji in Quincy, Illinois instead; it's a much better hibachi restaurant.

I've tried sushi at many different places, but this was the worst. It was very bland and almost mushy. The spicy salmon had zero spice. I do not recommend it.

I dined in for dinner and the overall experience was quite enjoyable. The meal was excellent, earning a solid 5 for the food. However, the service fell a bit short, meriting a 3, as it wasn't as attentive as one might hope for. On the brighter side, the atmosphere was pleasant and received a score of 4, making for a nice environment to enjoy the evening. The price per person ranged between $50 and $100, which I found to be reasonable considering the quality of the food.
