Lieber's Boxcar Express - Galesburg

Boxcar Express has really improved since my first review. Love their potatoes.

I ordered a chicken breast with Swiss cheese I received a grilled chicken patty how is this a chicken breast??? I spoke to the owner and he was extremely rude and unprofessional I'll never do business with them again

I always come here when I'm in galesburg I love there baked potatoes good selection and nice staff

The sandwiches are amazing! It's my absolute favorite local place for subs. The staff are always friendly and super quick with preparing your orders. The building itself has a comforting rustic feel to it.It can be a little quiet, and definitely deserves TONS more foot traffic. Seriously, if you don't feel like paying to go to subway this is the place to go!
