Knox County Brewing Co. - Galesburg

This hidden gem of a brewery was a fantastic experience! The beer was absolutely delicious, and there were so many thoughtful touches that made it really special, like the complimentary popcorn and water for everyone, the cool logo, and the fun games available at the tables. It was also very family-friendly, which can be hard to find at breweries. I’ll definitely be returning next time. Give this place a try—you won’t be disappointed!

This brewery has a lovely, inviting atmosphere. The spacious layout features comfortable seating options ranging from tables to couches, creating a relaxed, backyard vibe. The customer service was excellent! I tried the Hunter Taco, and it was delightful—perfectly balancing sweet and spicy flavors. I also sampled the Lloyd's Camp beer, which was enjoyable. I finished the taco before trying the other dishes, so I can't guarantee my taste buds weren't influenced, but here are my impressions: The Sophia beer was just a Belgian saison, Selador had a very subtle caramel flavor, Liberation was good, and the guest tap, Vanilla Pumpkin, was light with a lingering pumpkin aroma.

This is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a beer. The prices are quite reasonable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I watched them prepare the guacamole right there, ensuring it’s made fresh. I can’t wait to return and see what else Hahn has to offer!

I loved everything about this place! The beer flight was excellent- try the “My neighbors Porter”. We filled the table with Nachos, Tacos and Charcuterie and enjoyed talented musicians at the perfect band. Can't wait to go back and bring all my friends!

The atmosphere was great. An the music was too. There chicken tacos are amazing!!! An there drinks are too.
