Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever dined in. In a small town like Galesburg, you wouldn't expect to find such a high-quality establishment! I had the steak, and it was cooked to perfection. The decor, lighting, and bar area were all absolutely beautiful. Yes, it can be pricey, but if you can afford it, it's worth every single cent! I can’t wait to return for another amazing dinner!

My wife and I have always loved Craft Chef Bart is the best, the pastrami is literally to die for, and Gina is amazing and we brought the rest the of the family to share in on the best kept secret of the region and nobody was disappointed with their dinner, drinks, or the service. My wife and I got the 22oz Angus board for 2 and oh my, it was absolutely perfect. Not a surprise, but nonetheless it was all in all a perfect meal.
