Subway - Gaithersburg

The manager is incredibly rude. I did frequent this Subway because my office is near. Today was a promotion from 10-12 for their new menu which I was not aware of. I witnessed horrible customer service and can not spend my money where you treat people so poorly. #bekind&dobetter

Have you ever had a sandwich maker tell you that you're too late to pick up your own order? Has that sandwich maker raised her voice for no reason? I watched this women harass a doordasher for 5 minutes before I was able to pay for my order. This was at 4AM! I suppose subway hires very energetic talent, but is that the right energy?? I was in my way to work... with an awesome story to tell the office. Her name is Maria, she works the night shift. STAY AWAY.

Didn't honor any promotions. Not sure what more I need to say about that. No thanks... won't be coming back. There are other Subways nearby like the Old Town Gaithersburg location that honor promotions/rewards and have excellent service too. Bye.

It's the worst place I've ever been. The employees don't use gloves, they get angry if you ask them to toast more bread, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Stay away from this place because the sanitary measures are the worst. I will forward the claim to the health department.

This Subway location does not accept my Subway app, coupons, or any of the national promotions. I'm surprised that Subway corporate would permit this. I won't be returning to this location. I've also heard from someone else that they don't even have a public restroom.
