Pizza Boli's - Gaithersburg

There's always a bunch of little mistakes at this Boli's but this last time got to me. I waited 1 hour for a pick up order, Large Pizza and Breadsticks, only for it to be messed up. They didn't apologize for the wait and when I got home and called to complain about the mistake they wanted me to come back in and waste more time. I refused so they wanted picture proof before doing anything (annoying but sure I guess). Afterwards they tried to say the picture shows I got the right order and that it didn't take long, I had just left. I was sitting there on my phone since I got there! In the end they wouldn't even refund my card, they just gave me credit for another order. I worked in food service for years so I get mistakes happen. But this place just has too many too often, and they handle things terribly.

Good Cheesesteak. I didn't make any special request other than added mayo. I will order from here again. The fries were great, nice and crispy. I'd like to add that the plain cheesesteak is big and you probably can't eat it alone and also that people in this area are very cruel with their reviews, they need to realize 1 star is not the only option available and that they are affecting a small businesses livelihood.

This situation has the most unprofessional disrespectful staff I have ever experienced. First, they don't know anything about customer service. Then, if you ask to talk to the manager, they play games like the manager isn?t in the building and it should always be one on the grounds. The **** WORST!!!

All right. Inside is functional... Staff are okay. The take-out food bag is a bit doubtful, although the sandwich is well packed. The pommes are not pommes, it is the kind that has a layer on the outside. I have the sandwich special. Maybe the pizza is better, but the sandwich is okay.

Customer experience was really good. I went in there at midnight and ordered a first-class cheese steak. It was aiiight, I expected a much more gangster sub. Nothing I'm begging about. I'd probably NOT get a cheese steak from them again, but I would give him another chance and a cake next time.
