If Google allowed me to give 10 stars, I definitely would! Rhonda was a delight to speak with on the phone, and the delivery driver Millard arrived promptly and was very courteous. The food was delivered quickly and was steaming hot. Both the pasta and chicken were cooked to perfection. Milano's has become my go-to restaurant whenever I travel here for work. Great job, Milano's—your dedication truly shines through!

I'm not sure why this place has such a high rating on UberEats. The dessert portions are very small. The lady fingers in the tiramisu are not soaked in espresso, making it both inauthentic and somewhat bland. The garlic knots were not fully cooked onthe inside. The pizza is mediocre and very greasy. Our XL pizza looked like a large at best. The food wasn't terrible, but wewon't be ordering from here again.

This is our favorite place for takeout and delivery pizza. They offer a wide variety of toppings, the crust is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and truly values your business!

Excellent Pizza when done right. Sometimes can be inconsistent but overall they have great specials and the pizza can be on point.

I called to order two pizzas, taking advantage of their Monday deal for $10 each. Somehow, they ended up adding a third pizza to my order. Clearly, they weren't paying attention to what I said on the phone. They expected me to pay for all three pizzas, but I refused. If they can't listen to their customers, they can keep the extra pizza! I won't be returning. Additionally, their pizza is just average at best. Be cautious when ordering from their Gaithersburg location, as you might end up with someone else's order added to yours and be charged for it.
