Mcdonald's - Gaithersburg

I have a chicken sandwich and nuggets I ride the bus and I got 12 minutes later to my destination. the nuggets were hard n dry!

Poor service, Spanish ladies get awkwardly irritated over doing their job, feels like even bare minimum effort is too much for them, weird feeling I got there

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this location today. I ordered through the app and noticed that my order was marked as ready for pickup. However, when I approached the counter, the customer service representative asked me to step aside. I explained that I was simply waiting at the window, and she appeared annoyed. Instead of addressing my concern, she suggested I take hot water instead of my ordered coffee, which I find unacceptable. I paid for nine drinks that aren't complimentary, so receiving such a dismissive response felt dishonest. This isn't the first time I've encountered rudeness here, and I felt compelled to share my experience in hopes that it leads to some improvement.

During our last two visits to this restaurant, we encountered large groups of loud teenagers who were frequently using foul language. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have younger children.

What truly upset me was overhearing the first employee telling another staff member that they doubted I was actually a teacher and speculating that I worked in another profession. When the manager approached me, I politely addressed her and mentioned that I heard the comment. I then showed her my school ID and informed her that I was indeed a teacher, which I hoped would clarify the situation. I left the café with the firm impression that I would never return or ask for the free coffee again. Fortunately, I shared my unpleasant experience with several of my colleagues.
