Ixtapalapa Taqueria - Gaithersburg

This restaurant has been fantastic since it opened. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is very friendly. The tacos are reasonably priced, and customers always leave satisfied! While other taco places in different areas of Maryland tend to have poor quality and high prices, this establishment and other taco spots in Gaithersburg do an excellent job of providing great tacos at an affordable price for everyone.

We had a wonderful experience! We tried the chicken and veggie tacos, which were simple yet delicious. We were both pleased with our meals, especially considering the great prices! I do wish they had more sauce options that weren't quite as spicy, but that's just a matter of personal taste. We also ordered the mango loop for $6. While it was a bit pricey, it was a refreshing drink on a warm day, and the flavor was incredibly vibrant! The staff was very courteous, and the seating areas and tables were clean, creating a great atmosphere. The bathroom was also well-maintained and even had a diaper changing station!

The food was fantastic—full of flavor and a real delight! We had the chicken quesadillas along with different types of tacos, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite!

Excellent Authentic Eats. Fast and helpful service. Do not assume that seats are easily available: I went at 1:30 in a Saturday and when I went there was a line in the parking lot. People waited for the park and the line inside sniffed around the front end of the restaurant! I'll say it's worth it!!

You can have it fast, cheap, and good but only 2 not all three! You get cheap and good here! But not fast! We got the Enchiladas mole and verde, kids quesadilla, and fish tacos. They were all delicious!! I can’t wait to try the parole next time!
