I have gone into many, many karaoke bars and have the private space to sing it is always fun and intimate with your group. Moreover, those in your group who are on the Shyer side are more likely to stand up and sing or at least sing together with everyone else. This is definitely a hidden gem location. Price was fair depending on the size of the room. We went Friday night and were lucky to get a room for 2 hours because we were there at 6:00. Later we would have been lucky. Therefore, I recommend a reservation in advance. You did not sing in the main floor on busy nights, so if you don't get a room They just hang basically in a bar (what is good when singing is not the priority). The staff was super friendly to get early, also helps as we got more attention (plus free recordings for the girl). I also have a tour through all rooms, there is a HUGE room for at least 30 if you ever think that wild for an event. We had a great time, but no clear reservation system in advance can be a challenge. Also the song selection on the machine itself is limited, so you have to go through YouTube for everything else (like Disney). But again smaller things on the overall experience. If you want some fun without going to DC for big singing and not competing with others for the microphone, then this is the place to pop your karaoke church.
I booked a room for my friend's birthday for the first time. I guess the room was meant for 9 and we had about 15-20 people coming all night (not all at once lol). It was pretty funny. Drinks ordered in the bar and it was pretty busy. There's a button for someone who takes orders, but we didn't use it. The drink card was reasonable. We had no food. They brought birthday cakes, which was really nice. We stayed about 4 hours. My bill for the room was calculated almost to the minute Lol. It was warm in the room, but we had a lot of people. We had to change the microphone battery. He had a great birthday and was super happy. We had a great time!
I love karaoke and I have to say that was a pretty unique experience. My sister and I wanted to make karaoke together for a LONG time and this place crossed my radar. It's kind of hidden, but GPS led me true. When you enter, it looks like a regular sports bar. It was pretty quiet for a Sunday night! And there are a number of rooms for private karaoke experience. Personally, I feel like it can be done at home (minus the bottle service of course! and I prefer the public karaoke scene... not to know who your audience will be or how they will be, and a DJ will take your song requests and call when it is your turn. But this was different. My sister and I sat at the bar, and there were a few microphones in a stand for everyone who wanted to sing. And next to the bar is a touchscreen... we had full control over the music that was played. When we arrived, there was an ingenious Afrobeats Mix game. We also had the freedom to get our own songs (through YouTube and sing them. I'm not used to a karaoke experience being so DIY! Meanwhile my sister sat on edamame and I had tteokbokki. The rice cakes were a tad chewier than I prefer, but overall it was delicious! I also sung something soy and had only an absolute bubble singing. After a while more people started coming and made the experience all the more fun. I'm still laughing at the man who sang Let It Go by Frozen. I will definitely return! And I have to see 7 billiards next door...
A little expensive though the place is a small bar, but I guess the experience was worth it. I recommend going, but a big group so the wallet doesn't hurt. I didn't try the food because it was very expensive.
Super fun and not very expensive. We will def go again, but this time with more people.
