Domino's Pizza - Gaithersburg

That must be the worst domino. the estimated delivery lasted almost 2 hours. the manager wasn't helpful and I was hanged to the first time that I was inquired about my client. go somewhere else if you want fast, hot and good pizza.

I just wanted to express my disappointment with the service at this restaurant. It was the worst I've ever experienced. I invited some friends over and ordered three pizzas, but it took over two hours for the food to arrive. When I initially called to inquire about my order, the staff were incredibly rude and made me feel like I was being bothersome. After an hour, I called again and they didn't even answer. As a result, my guests ended up without anything to eat. I really don't recommend this place.

I tried to modify this load, a pizza I had ordered before they prepared it, and no one would answer the phone for over 40 minutes. now I'm stuck with the bill and no pizza as I had ordered them online because they couldn't pick up the phone. save order number 823. receipt 4631 from store at: 18214 flower hill way gaithersburg, md 20879 does not come back to me again!

I usually love Domino's, but I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I felt like I wasted the little money I had at this location. The person who made our pizzas seemed to be quite careless. We ordered two identical pizzas, but they turned out to be completely different. For instance, one had about a centimeter of sauce in the middle, which we both ended up spitting out. The other pizza, which was supposed to be the same, was extremely dry, with hardly any sauce at all. The little sauce it had was again only in the center, leaving a bare, inch-wide rim around the pizza. The cheese was unevenly distributed, resulting in large dry patches without any cheese, even on the one that was supposed to have extra cheese. I really don't understand why it's so difficult to use consistent amounts and spread the ingredients evenly. This was the first time I've ever had to throw away a pizza. I also noticed water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen area, which was a bit unsettling.

They don't answer the phone when I call, but overall, I really love Domino's!
