Very good, nice people and service but never has Pistachio Almond. We have to go to Manassas stores for that particular flavor. This store says it's seasonally produced but other stores have it year round.

A word on the cake was spelled incorrectly for my daughter?s ?going away to college party?. The color of the cake was wrong. Everyone at the party laughed at it. This is the 2nd time I ordered a cake here and both were wrong. The1st one was actually dropped and not repaired when I picked it up. I was offered 50% off my next cake(for this order) when I said I would NOT be back, how about 50% off this messed up cake. Was told that was unheard off that the most that could be discounted was 20%. But was just offered 50% next order?! Manager was starting to get an attitude and was losing patience with me. Don?t go here unless you?re getting a scoop ice cream.

Nice employees and clean atmosphere. But so crazy expensive. And they definitely upsold me without telling me until the register. Very frustrating to spend $17 on 3 kids cones?Won?t be going again.

Hang onto your wallet at this location. Two quarts of pre-packed ice cream can be had for between $10.59 to $10.99 at any other area Baskin-Robbins, but this Heathcote location charges $13.89 for exactly the same thing. Forget that. I'm not patronizing any business that proudly features Joe Biden pricing. Let's go, Brandon!
