Sonic Drive-in - Gaffney

I have always liked the atmosphere at Sonic's. Occasionally, you might encounter a smart-mouthed, somewhat rude teenager who rolls their eyes, but I think that's just part of the Sonic experience since it tends to attract younger employees. However, I want to give a shoutout to the older gentleman who works the afternoon and evening shift at the Sonic on the Boulevard—he's absolutely delightful. Kudos to him for connecting so well with the younger crowd!

I arrived at the restaurant quite late, just before closing time, but the staff was fantastic and still took my order. The woman named Mymy went above and beyond by treating my dogs to pup cups! As for the food, it was delicious— I had a double bacon cheeseburger with the crispy bacon just the way I like it, along with some tater tots and a refreshing cherry limeade. I really appreciate all the hard work you do; I know that working in a restaurant can be really challenging these days. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back!

I hate this Sonic, so much. The staff is rude, do not care about your business, intentionally make you wait forever. We pulled up at 7:54 one night, there was absolutely nobody in the parking lot, drive thru, nothing. I thought we would be in out. Wedecided what we wanted, hit the button, sat there for 5 minutes heard nothing back. So we tried again? a girl come on toldus to hold on. So we waited again. At 8:15 we decided to leave. this is not the first time this has happened. They do notanswer in the drive thru either. If you don?t want to work, then leave. It is honestly ridiculous. Won?t be back!

I just stopped by to get a chocolate milkshake on my way back from South Carolina. I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived, the young lady working there had excellent customer service skills!

Finally they have great, friendly people working here that can get an order right. Moved here in August and the group working then couldn't make a small Coke to save their own life....new manager and new staff was the best choice they made here!!! Greatjob y'all.
