Cook Out - Gaffney

Don't waste your time. I loved this place, I used to be pretty fast, I used to be good. After 20 plus minutes wait inside with obit 1 person eating in the dining area, so not busy at all. And only a handful of cars in the car thru. 2 minutes we had someone said it was just a minute. 20 minutes later to observe how people walk back and forth, nothing to do, except to avoid eye contact began to get upset. Then a woman appears from behind (not to say how there is a line in the dining room, for someone who tells her that someone does nothing to tell her that we were told that she was sunshine right with us. Over 20 minutes before!!! There are 12 to 15 people inside. All in the line decided to go. I understand that places are fighting with help, but if you are found that the dining room is open, take orders or close the interior. They kept the orders from the drive thru all the time, but not an order within. AWFUL AND UNEXPEKTAR! If you feel like Cook Out, go to Hillcrest in Spartanburg. They'll take care of you. I doubt that I will ever be back in this restaurant unless something changes great time. What sucks because I have eaten here often. Should be a zero star. Management head to do or it is closed. Food hasn't been good for about a year. All cooked or cooked. Hushpuppies raw in the middle cheese bite not completely boiled. Burgers always do not burn the same place it was once!

Ordered bbq sandwich with one side of bbq sauce. This is tuna that looks rough and my Bbq sauce is chili. Terrible didn't eat anything. WASTED MONEY

We love Cookout Milkshakes and stayed at this in Gaffney on our way home after a day trip. We drove thru and there were only three cars in front of us when we ordered. It took 30 minutes for us to get our shakes! Remember that only three cars were served before us. The server has taken our shakes back since they've been sitting there for so long, so it was good. I know that the places are short occupied, but I think they should implement a system that allows the car to whose order takes too long to move and take their food to them.

Menu is confusing as can be with tons of options so if it's your first time skip the drive through and head inside. It's nice that you can add shakes instead of a drink. Food here is hit or miss depending on who's cooking.
