Axmar Brygga - Gaevle

I recently stopped by this coffee shop on my way to Stockholm. It turned out to be a stylish restaurant with a great view. The staff was friendly, the location was beautiful, and the view was fantastic!

Go there times a year. We live km away, if we were nearer we’d be there more often.

This restaurant was a major letdown! We traveled all the way from Stockholm to dine here. The setting was gorgeous, with a view of the lake from the restaurant windows. However, the food did not justify the high price we paid. The portions were large, but the actual amount of food on the plate was minimal and unsatisfying. The flavors were lacking and overall, we were extremely disappointed with the expensive meal (priced around 230 Swedish kronor). It simply was not worth it. We left feeling upset and still hungry.

The dining experience is average, but the prices are too high for the quality and portion sizes offered. However, the location of the restaurant is beautiful.

Stopped here for lunch. The service was negligent that I guessed most of the waiters were summer workers. Food was well presented but my fish was way too greasy and I didn’t enjoy the meal at all.
