Pizza Hut - Gadsden

The customer service here is by far the worst I've ever experienced, and the employees were incredibly rude!

I ordered a pizza at 8:28 PM, with a delivery estimate of 9:05 PM. It’s now 9:56 PM, and we still haven’t received it. I’m not sure if it will arrive hot or cold. This is the second time this has happened, and the delivery service is really disappointing. After calling three times, they finally offered us a discount of half off.

I placed an order and received a confirmation number, but my pizza never arrived, and I didn’t receive any communication from them. When I called an hour later, they casually mentioned they were about to close and seemed indifferent to the fact that I had ordered an hour and a half before closing time. They didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience and instead made it seem like I was bothering them just by inquiring about my delivery. It was honestly unbelievable.

The pizza was made improperly. Couldn't even find pizza sauce..the crust was dry and I asked for buttery garlic hand tossed..but it was thin dry crust. The cinnamon rolls were hard and dry. Very disappointed.
