Great American Cookies - Gadsden

Always delicious and fresh. I love this place. Philly cheesesteak, beef, with Cajun ranch fries.

Good food but horrible customer service and the ladies are rude

The lady that took our order said the combo for the sandwich wing drink and fries was 11.99 then turned around and charged us 1.50 for each fry. Then when confronted about it she states the fries wasn't included. The food is good but prices are ridiculous

Food is great I love it but when I say thank you the lady is very rude don't even get a your welcome back when someone says thank you you say your welcome

Wonderful cookies and always great customer service! As someone who has worked with people for years, the workers treat themselves well, considering how terrible people can be. I have experienced that the customers are completely unreasonable and force the workers to test them, to call the workers' names and to make accusations. I admire the young ladies and gentlemen who have to deal with people, as it seems that food workers are getting the worst kind of customers. I think the name of the manager is Sherry and she always does an amazing job on the cake. She's always polite when I show up and knows exactly what I want every time. I will come back as often as I can for my cookies! Thanks GAC in Gadsden for the best cookies and sweet smiles! I feel that those who have written bad reviews also have left their actions that justify a reaction, and so should be taken with a grain salt. The workers in this store were always good for me and my friends and family. Perhaps those with negative reviews came negative to the workers as a start. It is a cookie, no life or death situation.
