Domino's Pizza - Gadsden

I wasn't to thrilled about the robot taking the phone call for my carry out order she couldn't understand me at all/ but went through drive through very nice employee/ the pizza was perfect thanks so much !!

Sat at the window for 10 minutes for no one to give good customer service to say “we’ll be right with you”. I told the lady inside, she said they were busy, I see that you’re busy with 2 customers that ordered after me, but tell them customer you’ll be right with them instead of ignoring you. It’s absolutely sad we can’t have people who display good customer service. After years of using this location, it’s just sad they still don’t care and are just as bad as the other locations in town.

Every time I get a anything here it's always hot and fresh! Great customer service as well!

Constantly messes up my order and if you try to call they amswer and hang up not good coustomer

The guy who worked that night was very friendly and nice giving me a smile and acknowledging me which just never happens at Domino's..Usually the food is really good but the past 3 times I've ordered something it's not been so good.. guess it's time to go somewhere else..
