The burger was inedible. The bun was as hard as a rock, and the patty had an unpleasant smell. What a disappointment! KFC G West.

The speed of service can be quite slow during peak busy times.

The food was delayed, and we had to wait a long time in the drive-thru.

I spent about 40 minutes in the drive-thru and even got out of my car to see what was taking so long. I really should have just gone inside. On top of that, when I finally received my order, it was incorrect; they gave me gravy instead of the nuggets I actually ordered. It’s definitely a good idea to check your order before leaving. I do not recommend the drive-thru at KFC.
