Chatters Restuarant - Gaborone

The food was good, and the staff were friendly, but there was an unpleasant odor that seemed to come from the drains or sewage.

The staff was friendly and communicative, and the shift changes were smooth. Most importantly, the management, led by Mr. Mapena, is excellent; he addresses issues effectively and treats his staff with respect. The restaurant was also clean.

I chose the buffet, and it was a disappointment. The meat was very tough, and the rest of the food didn't taste good either. I won't be coming back.

Poor service,the waiters were not attentive,brought wrong order and the food came after 90mins..and another 30mins to bring the bill upon request

Enjoyed the quiet on a Thursday, good food, great service
