Avoid this EPL. I like EPL. No quality checks on chicken. If u go at a bad time, u get horribly overcooked, dried out, hard chicken. After the second time, never again wasting money at this location. Employees are great, and chicken is the problem. Did take out no real recourse after getting home.

They dont open on time, went to get food and they were still closed after the opening time. Called and asked if they were open after waiting for 5 mins and they said yes and I said I'm outside and the door is locked and they Said OK hold on so I waited a few minutes and they still didn't come to the door so I left. Wasted time

They don't have enough vegan protein options I usually have to pay for the regular burrito and have them just put beans in it which makes it pretty pricey for a bean burrito,For a short time they did have a vegan option but it was awful and I'm sure that's why they discontinued it.Just stick to basic vegan options not something sagging in sauce.You guys should have beyond meat chicken strips and cook them separately so they are truly vegan and they will be a hit.Or make it truly vegan burrito with what you have on the menu already, and then grill it,Here is my recipe and remember after it gets made you put it on your press Grill machine,This makes it wonderful vegan burrito however when you have to pay for a chicken burrito to make it into a vegan it gets expensive but try this it's really delicious healthy and hopefully I'll play a local we'll put it on the menu and price it right so everybody can enjoy it.Vegan Burrito, Adel Style:Pinto Beans, Spanish Rice, pico de gallo, cilantro, Lettuce, guacamole, green avocado salsa, then ask them to grill it on their flat panini grill.Bon appetit,, Buen provecho, Enjoy!.Miss the self-serve salsa bar that was one of the biggest attractions.

I've been going to El Pollo Loco (this particular one) for years..I simply asked for no beans in my bowl... and there were a ton of beans... I don't think it's that difficult to fulfill a simple request like that. I cannot eat beans so my meal was ruined. And who wants to drive back or call? What will that do? I also did not ask for a drink and eas charged a drink and just given a cup... not very good service, food or experience....Parking: Is always crowded for parking and people driving the wrong way or trucks delivering whatever to other businesses and blocking the way.

First of all great customer service I received from Salina (cashier) great team work they have ....great fresh tasting food.
