Was very dirty the tables were sticky and there was so much dirt in between the cracks of the counter the food was pretty good if you can get past sitting at the dirty counters

Kinda crazy and sad there's no wait times now. Food, service, everything is excellent as it always has been.

Horrible service. Took the kiddos for the first time to enjoy the show with the volcano onion, the fire, the flipping of the spatulas, nothing. My family and our dining partners actually had to wait for them to start and finish cooking their family meal for staff to eat before our chef came to cook. We all had already ordered and watched them cook for employees start to finish before paying customers. We ordered three hibachi meals. My children split one, and I had the same thing they ordered. I was served three shrimp and about 6 bites of chicken. They clearly split one order between three people instead of two orders total, one for the adult and one for the children. My husband was served 6 shrimp and an appropriate amount of steak as he ordered steak and shrimp. I still had to pay for three meals plus gratuity even though we were served two meals. They also charge $4 for a child 's drink. I don 't mind paying, what I am supposed to be paying for, but you shorted my whole family and that 's just bad business and it shows how cheap you are especially charging gratuity and such horrible service all around.. They don 't care about the consumer it 's all for their own benefit. Won 't be back.

What happened to this place? It used to be good but yikessss it has gone way downhill. Today my experience was awful. My drink cup was dirty inside which turned my stomach. I told our waitress and she literally shoved her hand in my cup in front of our whole table and said It 's just the cup! Ummm NO. It had white greasy residue inside of it. Gross. I asked for a new drink and she forgot to bring it to me three times. The scallops that my husband ordered tasted like the worst rotten fish I 've ever put in my mouth. I had to spit it into my napkin. The cook seen me do it and never even said a word. The place is filthy, the food was old and nasty tasting and as if the mediocre service wasn 't bad enough they force you to pay a 18% gratuity on top of your bill. BEWARE. I am never coming back here. The Health Department needs to pay this place a visit ASAP.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! they're racist and the attitude with our waiter was unacceptable. we asked for a refund and she just didn't want to. HAIR IN OUR FOOD and have the nerve to say it was nothing. 10 Service fee For just 2 people. I do not recommend coming here and they need to close down asap.
