Curry Lounge - Fylde

Phoned for a delivery, was told to wait and after 2 minutes hearing other people ordering etc i hung up.. They could have phoned me back but didnt. Reached saturation point except they dont know it or too greedy and keep accepting orders that they cant deliver. have used in te past and food ok but can not stand rude and unhelpful customer service.

DO NOT PLEASE IGNORE. I have never felt so strongly in my entire life about writing a review as I do now. Two key reasons to support an alternative ‘honest’ takeaway service. I used them last week, paid for 1.5lts coke £2.40), however never arrived with food. Called and told if I ordered again they’d deliver next time nd not offered refund. So, Did so one week later and only 0.5ltr arrived as well as my son’s pizza being wrong. Called again and 30mins later correct pizza arrived after wife and I had finished our dinner but still no coke. Bottom line, called shop with at that time calm, reasonable attitude and requested they drop off any time tonight or next few days but told they would not confirm and actually hung up on me. I called back with a more assertive approach saying I just wanted refunded or item delivered but was shrugged off again as they were far to busy. At this point i said if they didn’t give me what I’d paid for or at least refunded me I’d post negative online reviews but to my surprise they flippantly replied ‘go on then’ and hung up. As things stand this company have literally just robbed me and feel no responsibility to refund. I fully understand what’s going on in the world right now but I was more than understanding and absolutely furious that I was hung up on twice. There are other options when ordering your Saturday night treat so please don’t encourage this kind of dishonest behaviour and consider placing your business elsewhere.

It was terrible. Curry was a few pieces of dried up I’ll tasting chicken in a sugary sauce. Wouldn’t be surprised if we get ill. Even the popadoms tasted awful. Most of it went in the bin.

Terrible customer service, missing items and very average at best food. Completely disappointed and it isn’t the first time either. Wouldn’t normally review but this is awful at this point. AVOID

PLEASE Find somewhere else to order from, unless you are happy getting your order a hour and 20min after phoning them and the first thing I said was how long for a delivery? No more than 30 to 40mins sir. After 90mins phoned again to be told driver has just left with order, then slammed down phone. Took the driver over 50mins to deliver less than half a mile. When he turned up I asked him if he got lost and he told me he left takeaway less than 5mins ago. Food average but chips unedible, never tasted so much salt in my life. Place needs closing down. Taking note now of every similar review as they are just taking your money and not doing what website/ staff are doing about delivery. When I have anough reviews like what I have read, they will soon not be able to deliver.
